Terms and Conditions

1. Contract partner

These terms apply to services provided by TicketTool.net, Viacheslav Kremeshnyi, Keselstr. 30 D, 87435 Kempten, Germany, referred to below as the provider.

2. Scope of service

TicketTool is a system for online ticket sales, box office sales, seating plans, ticket delivery, entrance control and reporting. The specific scope of service depends on the individual offer, agreement or enabled system configuration.

3. Provider services

The provider makes the agreed TicketTool functions available and supports customers with setup, technical configuration and use. This can include ticket shop, events, price zones, seating plans, email delivery, payment workflows, reports and admission control.

4. Customer responsibilities

The customer is responsible for correct event data, prices, legal information, tax information, content, images and customer-facing text. Access credentials must be kept confidential and protected from unauthorized access.

5. Ticket sales and end customers

Ticket sales to end customers are generally made in the name and on behalf of the respective organizer, unless otherwise agreed. The organizer remains responsible for event delivery, refunds, admission rules and communication with ticket buyers.

6. Fees

Fees are based on the agreed pricing model. If no individual agreement has been made, the conditions shown on the website or the most recently confirmed offer apply.

7. Availability and maintenance

The provider makes reasonable efforts to keep the system highly available. Short interruptions due to maintenance, updates, security measures, third-party outages or force majeure cannot be completely excluded.

8. Liability

The provider is liable according to statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence. In cases of ordinary negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations and to foreseeable, typical contractual damage.

9. Term and termination

Contract term, termination periods and special conditions are based on the respective agreement. The right to terminate for good cause remains unaffected.

10. Final provisions

German law applies. If individual provisions are or become invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
